How does the free trial work?
When you sign up for your trial of Skycatch you’ll have access to all Skycatch Pro features. At any point during your trial you can choose a plan and pay by credit card to upgrade your account.
What happens at the end of my trial?
At the end of your Skycatch trial, you will still be able to access your data but you will not be able to access any tools or advanced features as well as to upload any new data. If you choose to upgrade to a paid plan, the tools in your plan will be re-enabled again.
How can I buy Skycatch software?
Just sign up for a free trial and within your trial account you can upgrade to purchase today. You can pay by credit card online or ask us for an invoice.
How can I download the Skycatch flight app?
You can download the Skycatch flight app from any iOS device in the App Store here.
Can Skycatch fly for me?
Skycatch focuses on building the best drone data tools for your workflow and no longer offers pilot services directly, but we will connect you with one of our partners to get a pilot for your projects.
Does Skycatch charge for anything other than a software license fee?
No, you only pay for your subscription plan. No hidden fees, ever.
How long are your contracts? Can I change my plan?
Plans are month-to-month or annual. You can start, change, or cancel your plan at any time without penalty.
Who can get access to my data?
Access to the data is controlled by the account admin. All plans come with multiple private logins for additional users, who only have access to sites permitted by the admin. You can also choose to share any site publicly.
What output file formats does Skycatch currently provide?

Does Skycatch output data integrate with any other software?
